The latest version of our access system incorporates contactless proximity technology with the option of smart card or keyfob activation. Reliability is greatly improved due to the absence of moving parts.

The Smart Club Solutions Access control System is designed for use with a variety of hardware including;

• Internal and external doors
• Turnstiles
• Disabled access gates
• Car park barriers
• Light meters (snooker tables,
  tennis courts etc.)
• Intruder alarms

Contactless Technology
A proximity reader, which is used to read the members card or key fob, is mounted at the entry point and controls the locking mechanism on the door. The software is integrated with the Smart Membership software and is maintained in the general office. Smart door access can be used as a security measure and also for door monitoring. Access to doors can be assigned by category, for e.g. Gents can be denied access to the ladies changing room. A variety of reports can be generated, such as:

• Access by cardholder
• Access by door
• Access during time period
• Access during date period

Smart Reception Module
The latest addition to the system is the optional Smart Reception Module. A smart card reader unit positioned at a manned reception reads the members smart card and displays an image of the member on screen for staff verification. These images are gathered using a low cost camera in conjunction with the Smart Membership & Accounting program.
