Customers can access phone support, email support, online ticketing and tracking and remote assistance as well as a library of downloadable user guides, training resources and video tutorials. Our Support team is also highly active in the field, implementing installations and training sessions while building positive relationships with our customers.
Many of our Clubs are comfortable managing their own network and hardware infrastructure and perhaps have maintenance contracts in place with third party suppliers. However, we often assist our other customers in specifying and installing items such as network servers, switches, managed battery backups, PC’s, printers and network cabling.
