New Member information is added to Smart Membership and the Member is issued with a Smart Card and an invoice by email or post which the Member can pay in the Smart Club Cloud or by traditional methods
The Member uses the Smart Card to gain access to Club grounds and premises and in some cases to control automated lighting in pitch and court areas.
The same Smart Card is used by the Member to make purchases at the Club bar and restaurant on Smart EPoS with the Card balance and information in Smart Membership updating in real-time
As goods are purchased with the Smart Card, Smart EPoS automatically acts as a stock control management system, amending stock levels and sales accordingly. Managers can now access this system remotely online to control pricing, promotions, run reports, etc.
All activity is being tracked in the Smart Membership system, which in turn is used to generate management reports and accounting information, monitor member activity, generate invoices, and more.
