Paringdon Sports and Social Club is based in Harlow in England. The Club offers extensive sports facilities including several football pitches and tennis courts and a substantial clubhouse with a sports hall, gymnasium, 4 squash courts, snooker rooms, sauna, Sports Bar and members-only Lounge Bar. There is a strong social element to the Club which hosts many events.
We have been working with Paringdon since 2011. Our Smart Club Solution included Smart Membership management software, Smart Cards and Smart EPoS and Stock Control. The Reception module within our Smart Access solution was implemented to enable photographic identification of members at the Club’s reception area. The Club has a rapidly growing social membership using our Smart Cards to benefit from discounts in the complex.
We considered 3 companies when searching for our membership management solutions but chose Smart Club based on their products, pricing and people. It works very well as a membership management solution and we use the communication features in our marketing. The service team is great, even when dealing with bespoke requirements. We have recommended Smart Club to other clubs in the past and we will certainly continue to do so.
